urgent prayer for saving my marriage (Oct 22, 2014)

Prayer Request:
About 2 months ago my husband after 21 years of marriage told me that he  is  thinking about leaving our marriage. For 20 of those years I felt very blessed. We are both saved and belong to a bible teaching church. My husband , David, stopped going to church with me about a year ago. I also fell away a few months ago because of work..David also told me this past week that he has taken interest in another woman. David is almost 41 and this woman is 24 . he said there is absoutely NO physical contact and he would never do that but he is emotionally involved. He told me that he does not want a divorce at this point and still loves me . He is confused and needs time to think about everything...I am so hurt. BUT I've been crying out to God constant  to change David's heart. To bring him back to our marriage and to God . I know that this is God's will . I have to keep my eyes focused on Christ ! Satan wants me to believe there is no hope, but God is much stronger !! Thank you so much for keeping us in prayer.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we bring Christina before You.  We pray and confess Your Word over them and as we do we use our daith, beliving that Your Word will come to pass.

Therefore we stand in the gap for Christina and we pray and confress that any and all assignments by Satan, every trick, trap, deception is cancelled, in the name of Jesus. Satan we render you helpless, we bind you on every hand.  We come against the spirit of separation, divorce and I lose your assignment against this marriage. I ask God that this marriage will walk in love, esteeming and delighting in one another as You , Christ have loved them and gave Yourself up for them.  And that You becme a sweet frangrance. Jesus, I ask you to speak to thier hearts and heal their hurts so they may be reconciled to making this marriaage work.  In Jesus name, Amen.

If you are in the Houston area, we would love for you to visit.  Co-Pastor Debra Stringfellow
